Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or framing choices. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, we’ll replace or refund it promptly at no cost to you. In these rare cases, Visual Incense covers all return or replacement shipping fees.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll usually reply within one business day.
