Your print is locally made to order within 3–5 business days.

Delivery
2–5 business days (express options available at checkout).

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.

We want you to love your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or framing choices. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, we’ll replace or refund it promptly at no cost to you. In these rare cases, Visual Incense covers all return or replacement shipping fees.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll usually reply within one business day.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you shop with us, we collect the details we need to process your order — like your name, address, email, and payment information. This information is used only for fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and (if you opt in) sending you updates and offers.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your details with trusted service providers who help us run our store — for example, payment processors, couriers, and our print partners — but only so they can perform their services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use. Your data is stored securely on Shopify’s servers, and payments are processed using encrypted connections.
