Your print is locally made to order within 1–3 business days, and 2–5 business days for delivery (express options available at checkout). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.

Returns
We're certain you'll love your new piece. But, if there's an issue with your print when it arrives, we’ll replace it without fuss. Just email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We want you to love your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or framing choices. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, we’ll replace or refund it promptly at no cost to you. In these rare cases, Visual Incense covers all return or replacement shipping fees.
